First Half: Library to 10am.

1. You now may move onto Assign 11 - Individual Budget Creation Project. You are creating a budget for post grad from high school - with post secondary costs included should you be planning on attending post secondary. 

Once complete - call Ms. H over to review your work. Once complete and Ms. H will give you the thumbs up to submit to Teams > Assign 11 and also to be sure to download the document and save it in a file folder in your Office365 OneDrive > Title: Careers 11 & Capstone 12 Prep.

2. Back to - Budget Assignment - Group Work. Continued. . .

1. Your group was assigned an avatar yesterday. 

A) New BC Teacher 55,000K annual income (Tops out at 95K with a masters after 10 years). 

B) BC Nurse 72,000K annual income.

C) BC Gov't Lawyer 103,000K annual income. 

D) BC Doctor GP 217,000K annual income.

Assignment: Your group will complete the sample budget as provided in Teams > General Channel. 

TASK: One member of your group needs to download a copy of the excel budget spreadsheet and then will complete entries for your group's estimated numbers via research and consensus to that budget.

Once complete - call Ms. H over to review your group's work. Once complete and Ms. H has given the thumbs up - your group's leader will airdrop the completed budget to the room's desktop computer. 

3. If you have completed Assign 11 and have reviewed ALL Team Assignments 1-11 and are completely up to date - you may source a podcast via the podcasts app on your phone and or you tube focused on the career of your choice. Please locate and listen to an episode - be prepared to provide a written paragraph response review on an episode you have located.
